It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yvon Aucoin of Cheticamp, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Aucoin and Marie Emma Aucoin of Cheticamp; his wife Stella Marie; his son Gary Sterling Jr.; his siblings, Marie Julie, Carmella, Georgie and Joseph Gordon; and his sister-in-law Jean.

He is survived by: his close friend Ruth Spirk; his children, Raymond Sterling (Racheal Perrault), Loretta Storey (Ed) and Darren Aucoin-Goeree; his brothers, Edouard Joseph "Eddie Joe" (Therese), Patrick "Davy" (Catherine Mae) and Laurent Edmond (Gelina); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Hubert and Richard Lalumiere (Mary Ann Lewis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

If desired, memorial donations to the Dementia Society are appreciated by the family.
