We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2021, at the age of 75, Jean Hardy of Chester, Nova Scotia, born in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Hardy to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hiltz and Evelyn Hiltz (Wamboldt); her husband Donald; her daughter Joye; her sisters, Sharon and Margaret; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph and Barbara.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Tanners Settlement (George Goodwin) and Brian; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Jason, Stephen, Amanda and Matthew; her great grandchild Nicholas; and her siblings, Lilian Zinck (Robert), River, Barbara Conrad (Boyd), Lillydale, Diane Lowe (Richard), Janet Browne (Dale), Bobby Hiltz, Roger Hiltz (Carmen), George Hiltz (Jackie) and Kelly Hiltz (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and masking will be required.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg or the recreation department of Shoreham Village, Chester, would be appreciated by the family.
