He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lorraine; his daughter Kari-Anne Forsythe of Oakville; his son-in-law Peter Glazier; his children, Logan Glazier and Ayden Glazier; his siblings, Mary-Lou Wendland (Ken Wendland) of Toronto and Doug Forsythe of Chester; his children, Stephanie Forsythe and Jonathan Forsythe; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Cramm (Ed) and Krisanne Knickle.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary's memory may be made to the South Shore Regional Hospital Auxiliary.
