We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 89, Lewis James Sparks of Cherry Brook, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sparks and Inez Sparks (Fairfax); his wife Bernice Sparks; and his siblings, Walter, Lawrence, Reginald, Frederick, Ernest Sparks and Viola Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Bernadine Sparks, Cole Harbour, Larry Sparks and Cherry Brook; his grandchildren, Troyce Ashe (Davinia), Shyrell McGann (Barry), Lamar Ashe, Shaquille, Makayle and Raheem Skinner; his great grandchildren, Tyvayon, Jadore, Kevayon, Davayia, London, Wizdom and Ramiyah; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Sparks and Clifford Thomas (Nola); and his godchildren, Dale Sparks, Ricky Howe, Glen Beals and Tanika Bundy.
