He is survived by: his wife Velma (Downey); his sister Violet Clayton (Ottawa); his niece Barbara Colley (Ottawa); his daughters, Angela Colley of Dartmouth, Melissa Colley of Dartmouth, Raylene Colley of Dartmouth, Nadine Colley of Dartmouth and Wanda Colley; his stepchildren, Crest Downey (Wanda), Sackville, Mady (Rickey), Heather Colley (Lionel), Daniel Downey, Sampson Downey (Linda), Velma Jr. (Samuel) of Scarborough, ON and Santina Downey; his stepgrandchild Jean Downey; and his friends, Frank Kane, Henry Taylor, Lyndon Gough, Marvin Riley and Morgan Cain.
