He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Sinclair Riley and Olive Mae Riley; and his sisters, Tracey Riley, Sandra Riley, Veronica Ann Hagans and Leota Riley.
He is survived by: his children, James Ryan Riley and Nicole Alana Riley; and his siblings, Percy Jr. Riley, Byron Riley, Mark Riley (Jennifer), Anthony Riley (Denise), Terrance Riley (Sharlene), Sharon Riley and Dawn Matheson (Ken).
We would like to advise that due to COVID-19 restrictions there are strict limitations on the amount of people who can be in church.
