She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Keith, Elizabeth Palmer, Arthur and Evelyn Ross; and her aunt Sharon Palmer.
She is survived by: her parents, Kathryn "Kathy" Palmer and Terry Ross (Cindy Benedict); her son Norman; her siblings, Kimberly and Andrew Ross; and her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kiera, Ariel, Kaleb of Kaden, AJ, Austin and Axel. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
