She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Suederick and Marie Suederick. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim"; her daughter Jennifer (Danny Azoulay) of Montreal; her grandchildren, Adam and Abi Azoulay; her siblings, Josie Barry, Barbara Tanner, Richard and John Suederick (Julie); her in-laws, Charles Chandler, Jewel Wilson (Dave), Ellen MacDonald (Bruce), Joan Bower (Jerry), John Chandler (Darlene) and Cyndi Levy; and her aunt Ruthie Snow. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS Society of Nova Scotia or any charity of choice.
