He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Stevens and Bessie Stevens; his wife Mona; and his sisters, Elaine, June and Mary.

He is survived by: his children, David (Michelle), Faye (Chris), Catherine (Marty), Jacqueline (Kenny), Wanda and Sharon (Rob); and his siblings, Glenda, Pearl, James and Malcolm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer, Society.
