He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren and Alberta (Veinot); his wife Lila; and his sisters, Joan Hannam, May Harris and Goldie Vidito.

He is survived by: his children, Lorie and Warren; his grandchildren, Jodie, Colin, Nathaniel and Daniel; and his siblings, Audrey Young and Jack Fredericks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
