He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hanf and Irma Hanf (White); his brothers-in-law, Eldridge Melanson and Neil Nicholl; and his niece Karen Nicholl.
He is survived by: his wife Lorri Hanf (DeMille); his daughters, Chelsea-Ann (Robert Pierce) and Rhonda; his granddaughter Savannah Pierce; his stepgrandson Jude (Entremont); and his siblings, Verna Melanson, Charlie (Lori), Leona Nicholl and George (Patsy).
