With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Herbert Bond (Canso, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bond and Edna Bond (Feltmate); his siblings, Mary Bond, Dorothy Avery, Lloyd, Stan and Ralph; and his niece Janet Rideout.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stella Rideout, Marion Dort (Hazel Hill), Katherine Burke, Myrna Bouchie (Little Dover), Roland and Arnold; his nieces and nephews, Juanita McPhee, Wendy Avery (Jason), Susan Bond (Chris), Rita Rideout (Kenny Dorey), Lorie Rideout (Kevin), Dianna Dort (Steve), Vicky Parker (Colen), Odessa Dumont, Kenny Burke (Margaret), Dean Dort, Derick Dort (Lauren), Ralph Bond, Lloyd Bond, Rodney Bond and Chad Bouchie; his close friend Ronnie Horne; and his niece Vicki Parker. He is also survived by 14 great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of John may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
