It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Georgina Ryan of Canso, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Blackwood and Irene Blackwood (Horne); her husband Francis; and her daughter Theresa. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Misener (Donny), Janet Delory (Sam) and Hazel Hill. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
In keeping with Covid-19 guidelines, all attendees will be asked to provide their names and telephone numbers upon arrival at the funeral home and the church. Social distancing protocols are to be followed and masks are mandatory.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Eleanor to Star of the Sea Parish, Canso or Milford Haven Home for.
