He was predeceased by: his parents, William MacPherson and Hilda MacPherson (Brymer); and his sons, Myles, William "Billy" and Dartt.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie MacPherson (Hendsbee); and his children, Elton (Sheila), Wade (Marion), Whylie (Charlene), Doug, Colleen and Frances. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
