He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Minnie Dimock, Lewis Dimock, Bill Livingstone, Susan Girvan, Evelyn, Bob Smith, Earl and Irene Crouse; his aunt Courtney Girvan; and his great-aunt Louise Smith.

He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Crouse and Rebecca Crouse (Girvan); his brother Bentley; his grandparents, Janice Croft (Jamie), Stephen Girvan (Nancy), Murray Crouse (Anita) and Linda Crouse (Dannie); his great-grandparent Barbra Croft; his aunts and uncles, Jeffery Girvan, Leslie Joudrey (Adam) and Lisa Oickle (Andrew); and his godparents, Jesse and Courtney Frail.
