He is survived by: his wife Loretta (Lancaster); his children, Cori Bailey Glace Bay (Derek), Kelly Landers (Todd) and Jamie Hoffman Glace Bay (Courtney); his siblings, Ralph Hoffman (Belinda), Betty Saccary and Marilyn Sarty; and his sister-in-law Jean Hoffman. He is also survived by his best friend, love of his life.
