Phyllis Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Smith of Brookside, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lawrence and Edna Beatrice Blackburn (Bremner); and her husband Clarence Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Smith (Brent Perrott); her grandson Landon Hurshman of White's Lake, NS; her son Derek Smith (Nancy); her grandchildren, Kenzie, Carson and Nadia of Shad Bay, NS; and her friend Stephanie.
