With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Dexter (Brooklyn, Nova Scotia), born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 27, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Atwood "Put" Dexter; his father-in-law Wallace Hall; and his brother-in-law Murray Smith. He is survived by: his parent Delphine Dexter (Hill) of Brooklyn; his wife Patricia (Hall); his sons, Graham of Halifax and Matthew; his sister Rosalee Smith of Eagle Head; his grandchildren, Chloe and Piper; his mother-in-law Edith L. Hall of Bridgewater; his siblings-in-law, Peter Hall of Bridgewater and Pam Cormillot (Peter); and his nieces, Sophie Cormillot of Summerland, B. C., Silvie Cormillot of Summerland, B. C., Tammy, Michael and Scott Smith.
