He is survived by: his wife Heather (Brown); his children, Hollie Herbert (Peter), Ottawa, Colby Daniels Coldbrook (Karen Kerr), Kelly Smith and Greenwich; his grandchildren, Sage, Vee, Jordan and Rebecca; his brother David; and his close friend Blue. He is also survived by extended family and many, friends.
