He was predeceased by: his father John MacKenzie; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his mother Grace MacKenzie; his wife Julie; his son Kyle; his stepsons, Devan (Jessica) and Adam (Kirsten); his siblings, Kim (Donna), Kirk, Kenneth (Karin), Kirby (Jenn), Karen, Karla (Paul), Krista (Steven) and Kelley; his sister-in-law Melissa; his godson Kees; his parents-in-law, Everett and Margie Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Mark and Amanda (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
