She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Jack and Cora "Dolly" Jack (Hudson); and her siblings, Phyllis Taylor, Vivian Hillier, Muriel "Jackie" McManaman, Milford, Robert and Bryce.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Larson Urquhart; her grandchildren, Morgan Claffey and Rowan Larson; her great grandchild Harley Lankester; her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Fraser and Maxine Archibald; her sister-in-law Angie Jack; and her husband Dale Urquhart.

Donations in memory of Evelyn may be made to the Valley View Cemetery in East River St. Mary's or a charity of your choice.
