She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Crouse; her parents, Ruby Joudrey and Thelma Joudrey; her adoptive parents, Chester Baker and Viola Baker (Burr); her stepmother Dora Hirtle; her parents-in-law, Charles and Lilian Crouse; her half-sister Vivian Roy; and her brothers, Eric Joudrey and Glen Joudrey.

She is survived by: her children, Connie Burke (Wayne) and John Crouse (Lucy) of Pouch Cove, NL; her half-sister Betty Joudrey (Cookville); her grandchildren, Sherri Crouse of Pouch Cove, NL and Stephen Crouse (Beth) of Logy Bay, NL; and her great grandchild Sophie Crouse of Logy Bay, NL..
