It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velena Bolivar (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Middleton, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William LeRoy Boehner and Isabelle Delores Jefferson (MacLaughlin); her husband Robert Franklyn Bolivar; and her sister Ann. She is survived by: her siblings, Bruce Boehner, Midville Branch, Kevin Jefferson, Wilmot, Gail Hussey and Kim Jefferson; her sons, Gregory Robert (Margaret) and Deryck Royce (Tanya) of Hebbville; and her grandchildren, Amy, Brittany, Selena and Drew.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to Marlene's favorite charity the SHAID Tree Animal Shelter, Whynotts Settlement.
