He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances "Peggy" MacKay (Oickle) and Rex MacKay; his spouse Annette Dauphinee; his stepson Brett Silver; his sister Sheila Ramey (Gregory); his nephew Craig Ramey (Shannon); and his niece Tanya Ramey.
