She was predeceased by: her parent Hollis DeYoung; her husband Walter Chapman; and her siblings, Geraldine Boomer, Ruby MacLennan, Edna McDow, Brenda Fortune and Ross DeYoung of Dartmouth.
She is survived by: her parent Anastasia DeYoung (Wells). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
