She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cottreau and Rose Cottreau (Doucette); her husband Rev. Frederick J. M. House; and her siblings, Irene Surette, Josephine Doucette and Clarence Cottreau.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Whynot (John), Big Lots, Michelle Tipert and Brian House (Tracey); her grandchildren, Stephanie (Jason), Jessica (Suley), Jonathan (Olivia), Ben (Leah), Kyle and Alana; her great grandchildren, Ryland, Gemma, Hunter, Jackson, Rylee, Kinsley and Madison; and her sisters, Claire Sovran of Mississauga, Lucille Wingate (Mike) of Mississauga and Veronica Hubbard (Donald).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Blood Services, South Shore Regional Hospital or a charity of choice.
