He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Briggs (Orme) and Arthur Briggs; and his stepfather Robert Tarrant. He is survived by: his wife Susan Joudrey; his sister Bebe Richards (Bill); his children, Ben Richards (Renee), Switzerland, Louise Griffiths (Nathan) and U. K.; his great-nephews, Thomas and U. K.; his brother Robert Briggs (Tina); and his nieces, Kate, Rotterdam, Chloe and France.
