She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lantz and Erdie Lantz (Eisnor); her husband Arthur Smiley; her daughter Darlene Smiley-MacDonald; and her stepmother Rena Lantz.
She is survived by: her son David Smiley (Pamela); her son-in-law Alex MacDonald; her granddaughters, Alisha and Heather MacDonald; and her stepgranddaughters, Allison and Shannon Hallett.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of choice.
