We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2025, Shirley Rita Marie Romo (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Byrne and Eva Mae Byrne (Davis); her husband Ronald Romo (Toose); and her siblings, Dawn Wadden, Mae Toomey, Helen Croney, Gerald, Michael and Allister.
She is survived by: her children, Blaine and Debbie Oickle (Byron); her granddaughter Amy (Nathan Bridges); her siblings, Carol Byrne and Leo; her sister-in-law June Byrne; and her niece Belinda Wilcox. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you honour Shirley's kind and generous nature by doing something nice and unexpected for someone else.
