She was predeceased by: her parent George Clements; her former husband Graham; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her parent Phyllis Clements (Oickle); her husband Colin Smith; her children, Susan of Halifax and Peter Garrison; her siblings, Charlie, Wayne, David and Brenda; her son Kevin Clements; and also South Africa.
