He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harold Frank and Mary Eleanor Frank (MacDonald); his father-in-law Donald; and his brother Michael Douglas Frank (Bernadette Cook). He is survived by: his parent-in-law Allie Rafuse; his wife Elizabeth Ann (Rafuse); and his children, Charlie, David, Bernadette, Laura, Lea (Spencer), Jullien (Mohamad), Sharon and Chris. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the VON would be appreciated by the family.
