With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Daniel MacKinnon of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on September 18, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel and Loretta Evelyn MacKinnon (LaFramboise); his wife Sheila Ann MacKinnon (Ashman); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Brownridge, Loretta D'Angelo and Ronald MacKinnon.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Paul (Jacqueline Rafuse), Donna Roy (Stephen), Dawn Wentzell (Troy) and Midville Branch; his sisters, Margaret Jamison (Ray) of Pugwash, Rose Junkert (Charlie) of Pugwash and Diane Reid; his siblings-in-law, Susan Bean (Martin) and England; and his grandchildren, Travis Wentzell (Elisabeth), Devyn Wentzell (Brittany), Stephen (Samantha) and Jason Roy (Amber). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
