With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard George Purdy of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Nora Purdy (Mombourquett) and Arthur Luman Purdy of Goodwood. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Ross, Caroline, Stephanie, Nathan and Simon; his grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Donovan and Desiree; and his siblings, Walter, Paul, David, Eddy, Frank, Robert, Gordon, Lou (Bruck), Barbara and Norma. He is also survived by his family and friends.
