It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Anthony Schwartz (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 23, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Schwartz; and his stepfather Ronald Gravell. He is survived by: his parent Maureen Crawford; his sisters, Kimberly Schwartz (Donnie), Pamela Hubley (Clay) and Jennifer Shankle (Andrew); his uncle Ron "Gray" Sabin (Shea); and his nieces and nephews, Anne Manuel (Ian), Kate, Libby, Brooke, Shawn Welsh (Amanda), Nathen Purdy (Allie), Simon Purdy and Craig Hubley (Terri).
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday May 1 at the Bridgewater Baptist Church, Glen Allan Dr. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. on April 30 at Sweeny's Chapel, York St. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
