He is survived by: his wife Barbara Veinot (Darr); his sons, Gary (Dora) and Richard; his daughter-in-law Janice; his grandchildren, Lesley, Cheryl (Cory), Deanna (John) and Gregory; his stepgranddaughters, Karen and Kristen (Richard); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Nathalie, Foster, Cameron, Elsie, Harper, Nicholas and Noah; and his siblings, George (Glory), Roy (Mercedes), Gerald (Elsa) and Gloria.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Percy's memory may be made to the Maple Grove Cemetery.
