He is survived by: his parents, Cody Shepherd and Marcia Shepherd; his siblings, Evan Shepherd and Isabella Shepherd; his grandparents, Ricky Legay (Jackie) and Teresa Crouse (Mike); and his great-grandparents, Dave, Linda Graham and Evelyn Dorey.
