He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Fancey and Marjorie Fancey (Zwicker); and his siblings, Kaye Mailman and Lloyd Fancey. He is survived by: his wife Ingeburg Fancey (Franz); his children, Tracey Hartman (Chris) and Raymond Fancey (Debbie); his grandchildren, Melissa Fancey (Graham), James Hartman (Christina) and Jason Hartman (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Ragnar, Oliver and Huxley; and his siblings, Betty Ann Chapman (Reg), Fred Fancey (Anne), Bonnie Joudrey (Bruce), Mary-Lou Seamone, George Fancey (Carolanne), James Fancey (Brenda) and Joy Hubley (Cedric).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bridgewater United Church, Royal Canadian Legion in Bridgewater, S.H.A.I.D. Tree Animal Shelter, and the Central Nova ATV Club.
