It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeleine Roseann Corkum (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaForest and Mary "Marie" LaForest (Larocque); her husband Russel Corkum; her daughter Judy Corkum; and her grandson Justin Purcell.
She is survived by: her children, John, Russel Corkum (Louise), Conquerall Bank, James Corkum (Sharon), Julia Corkum and Janet Purcell (Robert); and her grandchildren, Micheal Corkum, Barbara Corkum, Nathen Corkum, Crystal Corkum, James Corkum Jr., Matthew Corkum, Zachary Corkum, Kristen Corkum, Travis Corkum, Jacob Corkum, Amanda Purcell, Megan Purcell and Dylan Purcell. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
