She was predeceased by: her parent William Wood; her brother William; and her brother-in-law Wray. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Wood (Clarke); her sons, James Cheverie (Dawn Wentzell), Jeff Cheverie (Jill Coolen) of Hammonds Plains and Jason Cheverie of Halifax; her grandchildren, Isabella, Allison and William; and her siblings, Mary Ellen McInnis (Fred) of Cherry Valley, PEI, Frank Wood (Cheryl) of Kinlock, PEI, Big, Bridgewater Army and Salvation Army.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters, Bridgewater, St. Vincent de Paul, or to Salvation Army.
