He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Penney and Dorothy Lutes (David); his sister-in-law Kitty Myrick; his sisters-in-law, Lila Penney, Kingston, Elizabeth Penney and Diane Penney; his nieces and nephews, Karen, Karl (Kelly), Robin, Bethany, Billy, Eric, Cheryl and Donald; and also Kim of St. John's, NL.
