He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Harold Atkinson Holmes; and his brother Brian Holmes. He is survived by: his significant other Kristen Atamanchuk; his mother Violet Holmes; his close friend Kristen; and his parents-in-law, Bernie, Joan Atamanchuk, Michele Atamanchuk and Todd Atamanchuk.
