He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger MacDonald and Marion MacDonald (Ramey) of Bridgewater; his former wife Sharon Ashton; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Margo.
He is survived by: his wife Ann MacDonald (Ferris); his brothers, James (Helen) and Gary (Marylyn); his niece Cathy Chapman (Tim); his grandchildren, Christine (Warren Randall) and Matthew (Gillian McEachern); his friend Charlotte Smith; and also, Gail and Jamie. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
