She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Barry and Minnie Barry (Meisner); her husband Laurel; and her siblings, Hugh, Albert, Arthur, Edward, Stella and Doris.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Burgoyne (Susan) and Julie Campbell (Bill); her grandchildren, Jennifer Drysdale (Robert), Dr. Melissa Burgoyne (Kevin Rigby), Megan Campbell (Brandon Tryon) and Alex Campbell (Desiree Burke); her stepgrandsons, Matthew Cooper (Jennifer) and Michael Cooper; her great grandchildren, Joshua Drysdale, Teagan, Seamus Rigby, Oliver and Charlotte Cooper; and her cousin Roger Slauenwhite (Toronto). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. James' Anglican Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or SHAID Tree Animal Shelter.
