We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2020, Janet Mae Pottie in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Wharton and Estella Wharton; her siblings, Laurie and Joan Godfrey; and her nephew Nicholas.
She is survived by: her husband David Pottie; her children, Donica (Scot Slessor), Craig (Christina) and Paul (Trina Oickle Pottie); and her grandchildren, Bryn, Ann De Vouge (Sean), Emily (Sam Boudreau), Eric, Jessica, Sophie Slessor and Ben. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her name to Souls Harbour Rescue Mission or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
