He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Keith and Linda Lee Eisner (Naugler). He is survived by: his parents, Jameson Smith and Jacklyn Smith (Eisner); his sisters, Jaylyn and Jessa; his grandfather David Smith; his stepgrandmother Sherry Hirtle-Smith of Bridgewater; and his grandmother Diane Weagle (Conrad). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
