He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Wile and Nellie Wile (MacDow); his former wife Alice (Corkum); his stepmother Muriel Wite (Canning); his siblings, John, Ira and Joyce; his stepdaughter Tracy; and his stepgrandson Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Gwen"; his daughter June Hanrahan (Tom); his brother Randolph; his grandchildren, Dara and Ryan Hanrahan; and his stepgrandson Keegan Getson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasantville Cemetery (106 New Cumberland Rd, Pleasantville, NS B0R1G0).
