He was predeceased by: his parents, George Zinck and Lottie Zinck (Dewar); and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Susan MacLean (Stephen); his sister Catherine Desharnais of Orleans, ON; and his grandchildren, Mathew and Justin.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to South Shore Regional Hospital, Fishermen's Memorial Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
