He is survived by: his brother Fenwick Charters of Langley, BC; his sister-in-law Fonda Charters of Langley, BC; his wife Darlene Hartigan-Charters; his stepdaughter Dynecia Hartigan; his nephews, Timothy Charters of North Vancouver, BC, Andrew Charters of North Saanich, BC, Anita Charters of North Vancouver, BC, Diana Charters of North Saanich, BC, Luke Charters and Nicholas Charters of North Vancouver, BC; and his significant other Jeanie Kaulback.
