He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harry "Bill" Bennett and Alice Mary "Mollie" Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fraser Bennett; his sisters, Judith Wilkins and Nancy Bennett; his children, Frances, Bridgewater, Jim (Terry), Long Creek, Andrew (Rhonda), Sault Ste, Richard (Phyllis), Dave and Albury Australia; his great grandchildren, Devon and Lauren; and his nephew Stephen (Uraiwan).
