He was predeceased by: his parents, Erlston O'Brien and Hazel O'Brien (Naugler); and his siblings, Evan, Stanley and Joyce.

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie O'Brien (Banks); his children, Wendy Arenburg, Upper Branch, Linda Naugler (Ransford), Middlewood, Darlene Croft (Wade), Camperdown and Frank O'Brien Jr.; and his brother Gary O'Brien (Darlene). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.

Donations in Frank's memory may be made to SHAID Animal Shelter, South Shore Regional Hospital, or Charity of Choice.
